PT Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) signed a Land Utilization and Development Agreement (LUDA) with PT Kenza Hospitality Investments in Nusa Dua, Bali. PT Kenza Hospitality Investments is a Moroccan investment company that will collaborate on developing a Beach House in The Mandalika area. They previously established a strategic partnership for Lot MKC1 in The Mandalika, which is now nearing the end of construction and is expected to start operations in the first half of 2025. The Mandalika is strengthening its position as a top destination for both domestic and international investors, serving as an investment magnet in the Special Economic Zone (KEK) with various incentives offered. This success is highlighted by the signing of the LUDA for Lot ACTA-1, which took place today, Tuesday, January 14, in The Nusa Dua, Bali.
