So it is not to compete but to complement each other," said Kevin Augusto Asyrafi, Marketing Engagement Manager of KFC Indonesia at its launch in Jakarta, recently. 

The latest version of the application comes with a more modern interface and a number of new features designed to provide a more enjoyable user experience. For example, a tiered membership system that allows users to get exclusive benefits such as access to various attractive vouchers. 

Not only that, customers can also collect points from each transaction which can then be exchanged for various promos. This is a special attraction for the younger generation who like to look for more value from each of their purchases. 

A fresher design and intuitive navigation are also the main highlights of this new application. Users can now order their favorite food in just a few steps, without having to queue or contact manual service. 

"Indeed, there are many more advanced updates. Starting from improvements to the delivery system algorithm, order history, to more personal product recommendations," he said. 

Interestingly, this restaurant also holds various lottery and prize programs to encourage the use of the application. Starting from the latest gadgets to overseas holiday packages are offered as a form of appreciation to customers who actively use these digital services. 

Through adaptation to today's consumer habits, especially young people, fast food restaurant services are now not only about the speed of serving, but also convenience and a satisfying digital experience.
