Sinergi ONE PERTAMINA And PertaLife Insurance Respond To Flood Emergency In Bekasi

To assist communities affected by the flood in Bekasi and surrounding areas, PT Perta Life Insurance (PertaLife Insurance) partnered with Pertamina Peduli to provide humanitarian aid directly on the ground. This initiative is part of the company's social responsibility efforts aimed at alleviating the burden of flood victims and offering essential health services.

Pertamina Peduli sent a team of volunteers to distribute medical supplies and offer health check-ups for those impacted. Additionally, trained medical personnel were deployed to provide necessary care and treatment in this emergency situation.

In collaboration with PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC, this program also involves various stakeholders to ensure that every individual affected by the flood receives optimal medical attention. PertaLife Insurance and IHC are providing free health check-ups and medications for those in need.

Pertamina Peduli is a corporate social responsibility (CSR) program managed by PT Pertamina (Persero), aimed at making a positive impact on the community and environment. The program includes various initiatives in education, health, environmental sustainability, economic empowerment, and culture.

Through Pertamina Peduli, the company aims to support sustainable social and economic development and provide valuable assistance to the community, whether through financial aid, training, or other programs that enhance community welfare.

PertaLife Insurance is also actively involved in emergency response efforts. "We believe that the help we provide through medicines and medical services can ease the burden on communities facing very difficult situations. The collaboration between PertaLife Insurance and IHC, part of the Pertamina Group through Pertamina Peduli, shows our genuine concern for community welfare," said Ratih Triutami Wijayanti, Manager of Corporate Communication at PertaLife Insurance.

Assistance was symbolically given at the Emergency Response Post located at Balai Patriot, Bekasi City Hall. PertaLife Insurance and IHC provided support in the form of ambulances, medical personnel, and medicines for residents affected by the floods.

With the synergy of ONE Pertamina through Pertamina Peduli, it is hoped that the recovery process for flood-affected communities can be accelerated, providing them with safety and comfort during this emergency situation.
