BRI Life Provides Peace Of Mind And Health Insurance Protection For OPPO Employees

BRI Life continues to strengthen its presence as a life insurance company that consistently provides health insurance protection for the wider community. This is reflected, among other things, through the provision of health services for PT. World Innovative Telecommunication (OPPO) through the Professional Group Health insurance product. The insurance policy handover was held on Monday (8/7) in Jakarta.

The policy handover was attended by, among others, OPPO's CEO Jim Zhang, OPPO's Finance Director Cassidy Cheng, and OPPO's Division Head of Human Capital Effendy, while BRI Life's CEO Sutadi and BRI Life's Marketing Director Aris Hartanto were also present.

In his speech, BRI Life's CEO Aris Hartanto expressed his gratitude for the trust of PT. World Innovative Telecommunication (OPPO) to collaborate with BRI Life. "Thank you for your trust in BRI Life. Today, we are handing over the Professional Group Health Insurance Policy to the Management of PT. World Innovative Telecommunication (OPPO), regarding the insurance arrangement within the OPPO employee environment," he said.

Aris emphasized, "Furthermore, BRI Life will be there to provide the best health insurance services to OPPO customers, and ensure to provide customers' rights through timely claim payments in accordance with the applicable policy provisions."

As for the cooperation agreement with PT. World Innovative Telecommunication (OPPO), it is to provide health insurance protection to Managers and Supervisors, all of whom will receive the Professional Group Health Inpatient Care program. This cooperation will be continued to other insurance programs.

Through this cooperation, customers will receive the convenience of health insurance protection according to the policy agreement, with health care at selected hospitals from the list of over 6,000 BRI Life providers spread across all regions of Indonesia.

BRI Life also provides other conveniences for this collaboration, where OPPO customers can utilize the Group HealthCare service on the My Access application. This allows customers to receive updates related to BRI Life's health insurance services such as customer benefit information, list of provider hospitals, claims, and access to customer participant cards.

In conclusion, "BRI Life always strives to uphold its commitment to providing insurance benefits in accordance with policy provisions, which is part of BRI Life's spirit to provide the best service for its customers, currently totaling 19 million participants. Likewise, with a commitment to timely claim payments as promised," concluded Aris.

BRI Life continues to grow along with the increasing trust from its customers and business partners. Data on Claims & Benefits Paid by BRI Life in Q1-2024 amounted to Rp1.2 trillion, covering Health claims, Death coverage, and Critical Illness.

As reported from the company's data, in Q1-2024, the Company's Investment Assets grew by 10.6% (including Unit Link assets), generating a return of Rp391.0 billion, a 26.5% yoy growth. Furthermore, BRI Life's RBC ratio reached 547.3%, far above the minimum requirement of 120% set by the OJK, indicating that BRI Life is in very good health.
