Prabowo's 11 Priority Programs Absorb IDR 446 Trillion From The APBN

Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati revealed that 11 priority programs of President Prabowo Subianto absorbed funds amounting to Rp446.24 trillion from the State Budget (APBN). Quoted from Instagram @smindrawati in Jakarta, Wednesday, Sri Mulyani said that the APBN continues to be optimized as a shock absorber instrument to maintain people's purchasing power, support the business world, create job opportunities and maintain the momentum of economic growth. This is realized through various economic policies prepared as a response to "countercyclical" policies. 

In detail, the budget for the eleven programs is: 

1. Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) Rp121 trillion; 

2. 3 million houses program through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) Rp41.88 trillion; 

3. Red and White Village Cooperative Rp200 trillion; 

4. People's School Rp11.6 trillion 

5. Garuda Superior School Rp2 trillion; 

6. School rehabilitation IDR 19.5 trillion 

7. Free Health Check (CKG) IDR 3.4 trillion; 

8. Tuberculosis Eradication IDR 1.5 trillion; 

9. Construction of quality hospitals IDR 1.7 trillion; 

10. Food barns IDR 23.16 trillion; 

11. Construction of dams and irrigation IDR 20.5 trillion. 

In addition, the government has also disbursed the 13th salary for ASN/TNI/Polri and retirees 

As of June 2, 2025 at 16.00 WIB, the realization of the disbursement of the 13th salary for central ASN was IDR 10.54 trillion, received by 1.79 million employees/personnel. 

Of that value, Rp5.5 trillion was received by 715.03 thousand civil servants/state officials, Rp2.68 trillion was received by 492.9 thousand TNI soldiers, Rp380 billion was received by 99.35 thousand PPPK employees, Rp110 billion was received by 14.76 thousand PPNPN employees, and Rp1.86 trillion was received by 472.74 thousand Polri members. Meanwhile, the realization for retirees has reached Rp10.54 trillion received by 3.18 million retirees (equivalent to 86.78 percent), where the disbursement was made through PT Taspen amounting to Rp10.11 trillion and PT Asabri Rp430 billion. 

As for regional ASN, Rp100 billion has been realized for 20.89 thousand employees. The disbursement has only been carried out by 3 out of 546 regional governments. The government is also rolling out an economic stimulus package worth Rp24.44 trillion to maintain the growth rate and strengthen the stability of the national economy. "Hopefully, with these various efforts, the APBN will be able to optimally protect the Indonesian people and economy from the pressure of the global situation that continues to fluctuate and the weakening of the world economy," said Sri Mulyani.
