"From January to December 2024, it reached Rp90.1 trillion, exceeding the target," said Rosan in response to a journalist's question after a meeting with President Prabowo at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Tuesday. Rosan continued by reporting the achievement of labor absorption from the Special Economic Zones (KEK) in 2024, which also surpassed the target, amounting to 47,747 individuals against a target of 38,953 individuals. Furthermore, the number of new business actors entering the KEK throughout 2024 was recorded at 72 entities. atively, Rosan added, since the KEK was first implemented in 2012 until 2024, the total investment collected reached Rp263.4 trillion, with a total of 403 business actors, creating job opportunities for 160,874 workers.
